Other regional target areas (Au, Cu)

Throughout Block 62 and 62b, there are numerous additional occurrences which have been identified from remote sensing data, reconnaissance mapping and/or artisanal activities. These include shear zone hosted vein-style targets in the Eastern Shear Zone and near Jebel Raafit, intrusion-hosted Cu and alluvial workings in the Central Massif, and VMS-style mineralization in Copper Valley, as well as potential IOCG and epithermal Au-type deposits in the Jebel Egrim region located in the eastern portion of Block 62b. Aside from reconnaissance RC drilling in the Eastern Shear Zone and limited rock sampling, no systematic exploration work has been undertaken in any of these target zones. However, the recognition of widespread occurrences of potentially economic gold and/or copper mineralization throughout the two license areas demonstrates the enormous potential of Blocks 62 and 62b, and also highlights the extremely mineral fertility of what is interpreted to represent a supra-subduction setting akin to the highly endowed Indonesian island arc system.
